The advertised rate is valid on request for a stay of 30 nights and may vary accordingly during trade fair periods and Oktoberfest. The minimum stay is 28 nights.

The apartment in the Olympiadorf is located on the 6th floor and is accessible by elevator.  The parquet flooring in the living room has been newly sanded. The Olympiapark sports and leisure complex, BMW Welt and the BMW Museum are right on the doorstep. The Olympiadorf has its own infrastructure with various stores, a post office, a bank, etc. The U3 subway line to the Olympic Center is within easy reach.
