Descriptionthis area lies just above the Theresienwiese, where the annual "Octoberfest" takes place. There are many buildings built before the 1920s which have been recently extensivly modernised. Since 1998 the area has been totally revitalised. Luxurious new buildings, office complexes and parks have been built. The nearby Bavaria park provides leisure and sport facilities.
