DescriptionThe district of Pullach with approx. 9.000 inhabitants is made up of the villages of Pullach, Großhesselohe and Höllriegelskreuth. This area in the valley of the river Isar has been settled for over 3.000 years. There are no longer any working farms in this ex-farming village but, especially in Höllriegelskreuth are many large businesses. The residential buildings are mostly detatched houses and villas with gardens and a few apartment blocks. The area is a well-loved day-trip destination for the inhabitants of Munich because of the Schwaneck castle, the Isarhochufer (banks of the river) and the railway bridge near Großhesselohe.
