How much does the service cost?

Our commission fee must only be paid in case of a success. If you don't find an apartment through Mr. Lodge, no costs will incur.

1. Search for an apartment, select an apartment, and view the apartment online

Select your desired apartments from our daily updated online offers. To simplify your search, you can view all apartments and houses directly online on our website.

2. Check the details & activate wish list

Check the information for availability dates, minimum / maximum rental period and all the key data of the properties of your choice to match your needs. Suitable offers can be saved in the "Wish List"!

3. Register

Now click "edit wish list" and add your personal data to the registration. All the objects of your "Wish List" will automatically be saved in your online registration. Alternatively, you can also start your registration directly and without a selection of certain objects - or simply use our fax form.

4. Feedback from Mr. Lodge

Your personal Mr. Lodge customer advisor will get back to you as soon as possible. Within one working day there will be feedback on your request, possibly with suggestions of additional offers that might be suitable and to discuss the next steps. Personal viewings on site can be arranged either with / through us or directly with the landlord.

5. Composition of the contract

Together with the landlord, we work on drawing up a contract according to your specifications - also we set up a contract in English if required and are happy to provide advice.

6. Commission fee

When the contract is completed, a commission fee must be paid by the tenant. The commission fee is set according to the total duration of your tenancy.

7. Handover of the apartment

At move-in - hand over of the keys - the existing damages will be stated in a hand over protocol. This procedure is mandatory, if the hand over is carried out by Mr. Lodge.

8. Support & service during the tenancy

We are happy to help and support you during the tenancy: from the technical support service for small as well as large repairs, maintenance and customer service, up to qualified cleaning service. We also keep in touch with the landlord for you and intervene as mediator when there are questions or problems.

9. Hand back of the apartment

Hand back the apartment in the same condition as received – You should follow this principle in order to avoid problems. Of course, we also support your interests at the hand back of the apartment.
