We cooperate with several companies that are absolutely trustworthy, environmentally aware and reliably accomplish great results. The emphasis is on the final cleaning, which is performed immediately and punctually after the move-out of the tenant.
The fees are set according to the amount of work and are usually paid by the tenant. We are happy to give advice!
- Final cleaning
Depending on the amount of work, the fee for final cleaning is approx. 2.50 to 10.00 Euro/sqm living space or rather approx. 20.00 to 26.00 Euro/hour plus VAT.
- Weekly maintenance
For weekly cleaning service one working hour is charged with 20.00 to 26.00 Euro plus VAT. You will have to count on at least 2 to 3 hours per session.
