Very good connection to public transportation - U-and S-Bahn trains

Public transportation has an important role: usually the tenants resort to public transportation especially for the way to and from work. More than 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro or train station is already not considered close by prospective tenants!

Attractive living environment

That means, above all, nice cafés and restaurants can be reached by foot, as well as shops for daily needs (e.g. supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, drugstore etc). It is also of interest, how close the property is to leisure and sports facilities such as parks, cinemas, swimming pool, gyms, etc.

Flexible rental period - from 3 to 36 months

Your property should be available for at least three months. The more flexible the rental period, the easier it is to find a suitable tenant (Focus: rental period of 6 to 24 months).

Complete furniture and equipment

Mainly we have customers who live temporarily in Munich due to work projects and they usually arrive only with their suitcases. They expect in addition to the complete furniture a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, microwave, dishwasher (from 2-bedroom apartments onwards). If possible, a washing machine or dryer should be in the apartment as well as bed clothes, towels and a vacuum cleaner. Equally important is the technical standard: Cable or satellite TV, DVD, stereo and high-speed Internet access.
