We work with several cleaning companies which provide fast and reliable work, environmentally conscious and are absolutely trustworthy. The focus is on the final cleaning, which is carried out quickly and promptly after move out of the tenant.
The costs depend on the extent of the works and are usually paid by the tenant. We are happy to advise you!
- Final cleaning
Final cleaning cost, depending on the amount of work, range at the price of around 2.50 to 10.00 euros / sqm, or approximately 20.00 to 26.00 € / hour plus VAT.
- Weekly cleaning
For weekly maintenance cleaning the working hour charged is at about 20.00 to 26.00 euros plus VAT, and you have to calculate at least 2 to 3 hours per cleaning.
